Beyond the Chatbot: Training My Own AI Model
It seems that everywhere you look today, someone is talking about Artificial Intelligence. From students using it to write essays to businesses using it to generate emails, AI has become the buzzword of the decade. But as a software developer and a student of innovation, I realized something critical back in late 2025: Using AI and building AI are two very different things.
Most 'AI apps' you see on the market today are what we call 'wrappers.' They are simply pretty user interfaces that send your data to OpenAI or Google, wait for an answer, and show it back to you. While this is useful, it is also limiting. It creates a dependency on external giants, and more importantly, it lacks context.
The Birth of KONTYRA AI: As of November 2025, I decided that 'good enough' was no longer acceptable. I began the rigorous process of training and working on my own AI model, which I have codenamed KONTYRA AI.
Why go through the trouble? Why spend sleepless nights tweaking datasets and refining algorithms when I could just use an API? The answer lies in specificity and sovereignty. I wanted to build a system that understands my context. I wanted an AI that doesn't just sound like a generic assistant, but one that can handle the specific nuances of the projects we work on at KONTYRA.
For our clients at KONTYRA, this means we aren't just web designers. We are AI architects. If you come to us with a business problem, we won't just throw a website at it. We can discuss how to leverage machine learning to predict your sales, automate your customer interactions, or analyze your data. We can build you a 'brain,' not just a 'face.'
We are still in the early stages. The model is learning, adapting, and growing every day—much like a student. But the results we are seeing are already promising. This is the difference between consuming technology and leading it. At KONTYRA, we choose to lead. Watch this space. The revolution is just compiling.
