You retain full ownership of your data. You may request export, modification, or deletion of your artifacts at any time. We will comply with all requests within 30 days. You have the right to refuse non-essential cookies and analytics without loss of service functionality.
KONTYRA provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Validator Pro, Novel Weaver, or our AI systems. Your sole remedy is refund of services paid. By using KONTYRA, you assume responsibility for how you apply our tools.
You agree not to use KONTYRA to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, defame others, or circumvent security measures. You will not reverse-engineer our systems, deploy scrapers, or use our APIs beyond rate limits. Violation results in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
